We are incredibly excited and honored that Fantastical has been selected by Apple as the winner of the Best of 2020: Mac App of the Year!

If you’ve been following Flexibits throughout this year, you’ll no doubt have seen a number of very significant changes and improvements we’ve been making. The most obvious being the release of Fantastical 3, along with the introduction of Fantastical Premium – our premium subscription for Fantastical packed with loads of useful features and enhancements for calendar and productivity geeks!

For a number of reasons, 2020 has proven to be a very challenging year, completely upending our plans as individuals, a society, and a wider global community.

We responded to the challenges of this year by changing our roadmap and adapt to these wider societal changes. We are incredibly delighted to hear that Fantastical’s recently added collaboration and video conferencing features were specifically highlighted by Apple as one of the reasons they awarded Fantastical Mac App of the Year!

Obviously our work at Flexibits pales in comparison to the efforts of the many frontline workers and specialists and caretakers who are actively seeking to mitigate this pandemic and care for those who are sick, often with considerable personal risk to themselves. Nevertheless, we hope we’ve been able to play a small role in helping family members, friends, students, and staff stay connected with less friction during these difficult times.

Most importantly, we’d like to thank all of our subscribers and users for supporting us and being a part of this journey. It means so much to us.
